This initiative aims to increase participants’ awareness adeptness in handling crisis situation prevalent in business operations as well as in daily life. The training adheres closely to international regulations and takes into consideration best practices. Focus points are situational awareness, risk mapping and developing risk mitigation strategies tailored for leaders facing various crisis scenarios.

During four days onsite training, participants will be able to increase theoretical knowledge and develop the necessary skills and confidence to effectively navigate and respond to challenges in crisis situations (short simulations)
