The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in
helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
1. Tender Purpose:
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the RFQ – Measuring of the longterm outcomes ICLA and PfV- Consultancy
The aim of the consultancy is to assess the longer-term outcomes for individuals who received integrated legal and
protection services in complex cases addressed by the NRC ICLA and PfV teams in Iraq and Syria under the Project
“Enhanced legal protection for conflict affected and at-risk persons facing rights violations, violence, coercion and
deliberate deprivation in the Middle East region.”
Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ‘’ToR’’
2. Deadline for tender:
