Trust Consultancy and Development is an independent research and third party monitoring and evaluation (M&E) consultancy based in Gaziantep, Turkey, with four offices in Syria (Damascus), Iraq (Erbil), Pakistan (Islam Abad) and Oman (Muscat).

2. Objective of the Training
To equip Trust Consultancy and Development staff with the knowledge, tools, and practical skills to leverage AI in their work across all core M&E functions, from business development to data collection, analysis, reporting, and communication.
3. Scope of the Training
The selected consultant(s) or firm will be responsible for designing and delivering remote training in English via Zoom, covering practical AI applications for the following key functions:
- Scoping tenders and TORs
- Analyzing tenders/TORs
- Proposal writing (technical and financial)
- Inception report writing
- Designing M&E methodologies
- Developing data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative)
- Quantitative data analysis
- Qualitative data analysis
- Writing final and analytical reports
- Presenting findings (including data visualization)
- Preparing and delivering training content
- Multilingual translation tasks (Arabic, English, Turkish, Kurdish)
- Article writing
- Other relevant business functions
The training is expected to be practical and interactive, tailored to the daily realities of M&E professionals working in the humanitarian and development sectors.
4. Application Requirements
Interested consultants or companies are invited to submit a proposal that includes the following:
- A brief technical proposal demonstrating:
- Previous experience working in the humanitarian and development sector
- Proven experience in the application and training of AI tools, particularly for M&E functions
- Expertise in delivering remote training sessions
- Examples of similar trainings conducted (with topics, audiences, duration, etc.)
- Previous experience in automation is a strong advantage
- References (name of organizations, contact details)
- Proposed number of sessions (initial plan; subject to agreement during inception phase)
- Cost per session (preferably 2-hour sessions, one per day, 2–3 sessions per week)
- CV(s) of trainer(s) or company profile
