Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed work plans according to the approved timeframe and budget.
• Oversee the implementation of project activities for people with special needs and ensure the achievement of defined objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and communities of people with disabilities.
• Ensure the integration of a disability-inclusive approach into all project activities.
• Oversee the assessment of the needs of beneficiaries with disabilities.
• Follow up on the implementation of vocational training programs and ensure their relevance to the local labor market.
• Manage beneficiary verification processes to ensure transparency in the selection process.
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring regular data collection and analysis.
• Manage the project’s allocated budget and ensure its efficient use in accordance with donor requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, including financial and technical reports.
• Work to strengthen partnerships with local NGOs, government agencies, and the business sector to promote employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
• Lead periodic coordination meetings with working teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
• Represent ELAF Relief and Development at events and meetings related to the economic inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A university degree in project management, international development, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in humanitarian project management, preferably in livelihood or social inclusion projects.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities and understanding the challenges they face.
• Strong financial management, reporting, and budget monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with inclusion and social inclusion standards for persons with disabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic, with English preferred.
