Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the overall indicator results frameworks for the projects.
- Develop Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) plans for all projects and proposals and ensure the same is followed up during implementation.
- Ensure all projects have updated work-plan and performance management plan in tandem with all approved proposals, regularly reviewing and updating as needed.
- Preparing monthly monitoring reports from the MEAL staff and ensuring they have evidence to back up the progress of the activities and provide feedback to the respective staff.
- Adhere to accountability requirements by initiating accountability assessment surveys for new projects and conducting relevant evaluations for ongoing projects.
- Lead and/or coordinate all data collection processes, including planning and reporting on the same.
- Assist in the development of MEAL policy and procedures.
- Work on the tools of ITT-IPTT-RWB-PRF.
- Trained the staff on data collection methods, CHS , humanitarian principles, and accountability commitments.
- Enable staff to monitor and evaluate their own efforts, gather relevant data and produce required progress reports.
- Complying with all safeguarding framework policies and practices
- Analyze data for accuracy, flag validation or quality issues, and contribute to system fixes
- Generate indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed
- Ensure a unified approach to partner self-assessment and projects close-out reporting
- Conduct field visits for data validation and to monitor the quality and completeness of data sets; coordinate data collection at project sites to monitor program development and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data; capture and document lessons learned; and champion the scaling up best practices
Qualification and Experience:
- A Minimum of 2 years of demonstrative experience in INGO/NGO or UN field
- Experience in developing MEAL-related technical tools guidelines and systems
- Strong assessment, evaluation, analysis and strategic planning skills
- IT literate, in MS – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Interpersonal communication and proven written / presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage under stressful conditions
Languages:
· Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

- Experience in strategic planning and performance management, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and performance monitoring plans.
