Trust Consultancy and Development is a research and monitoring firm committed to delivering high-quality, mixed-methods research across the MENA region. We work with international clients on humanitarian and development projects, providing robust evidence to inform policy and programming.

Job Summary

We are expanding our network of trusted local partners and consultants in countries where our current presence is limited. We invite local organizations and individual consultants with strong research capabilities to collaborate with us on upcoming projects.

Countries of interest currently outside of our existing scope include:

• Ukraine
• Somalia
• Libya
• Yemen
• We also welcome opportunities in other countries where our presence is not yet established.

Duration: As needed – project-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-level data collection (qualitative and/or quantitative) in line with research protocols
• Support in contextualizing research tools and methodologies
• Ensure high standards of data quality, ethics, and integrity
• Coordinate logistics and field team management as needed
• Collaborate closely with Trust’s core team on implementation and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting research or M&E in humanitarian or development settings
• Strong knowledge of local context, communities, and stakeholders
• Capacity to manage or mobilize data collection teams
• Familiarity with ethical standards in research and data protection
• English proficiency preferred; fluency in local languages required
• Registration as a local organization or availability as an independent consultant
