Attracting and retaining volunteers is a common challenge for voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations. Our recent engagement with local community resilience groups indicated that retaining volunteers is among the top issues on which they would like to learn more about.

This webinar will focus on effective strategies for how to attract and retain volunteers, spotlight examples of how these have worked in practice, and provide a supportive space for sharing experiences and transferable lessons.
