About the Webinar
Improving information management globally can seem intimidating if your organization is more consensus-driven than centralized, and individual projects and country offices enjoy broad independence to choose their own tools and solutions.
But the costs and risks of fragmented programme data systems are only increasing, and there are good paths forward for harmonizing programme data, even in the most decentralized organizations.
In this webinar, we’ll look at how ActivityInfo can deployed in a bottom-up approach, looking at:
- Understanding the differences between centralized and decentralized organizations
- Nurturing "lighthouse" projects in a decentralized organization
- Building consensus around success stories
- The capability maturity model (CMM) in a decentralized organization
Is this Webinar for me?
- Are you responsible for information management at the global level in a decentralized organization?
- Do you wish to understand how to approach country offices or programs in a way that fosters collaboration and consensus among stakeholders?
- Would you like to understand how ActivityInfo can support your work in this context?

About the Trainers and ActivityInfo

In 2010, he left UNICEF to start BeDataDriven and develop ActivityInfo full time. Since then, he has worked with organizations in more than 150 countries to deploy ActivityInfo for monitoring & evaluation.

ActivityInfo is an information management platform perfect for monitoring and evaluation, humanitarian coordination and case management. For more than a decade, the ActivityInfo team has been supporting humanitarian operations and development programmes worldwide catering for emerging needs for data collection and analysis. UN agencies, INGOS and NGOs use the platform to centralize and standardize data collection, display the impact of their activities while maintaining complete control on data access and changes. Originally developed for UNICEF’s emergency program in eastern DRC, ActivityInfo is a service provided by BeDataDriven a company based in The Hague, Netherlands.
