Seenaryo is seeking teacher trainers in Lebanon to deliver our Playkit training to kindergarten and primary school teachers. The Seenaryo Playkit is a resource filled with hundreds of games, songs and interactive stories to help teachers deliver their curriculum through arts & play. We train through our 3-day comprehensive training, or through our condensed 1-day training. The trainings have a set structure and are usually delivered by two trainers in Arabic. We train 20-30 teachers at a time, and training takes place in different locations across Lebanon.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Three or more years of experience in theatre or music facilitation (e.g. in schools, NGOs, etc.)
- Experience working with young children (i.e. 3 – 8 years old)
- Experience in play-based learning, early childhood education, and interactive trainings
- Fluent spoken Arabic
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Zoom
- Experience of training schoolteachers or psychosocial officers (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of English (preferred)
About the Seenaryo Playkit
The Seenaryo Playkit is an app that transforms early childhood teaching and learning through play. Designed for teachers of 3 to 8-year-olds in the least-resourced schools in Lebanon and Jordan, it is a huge bank of games, songs, interactive stories and classroom management techniques – all easily searchable by topic, age group or activity type and applicable to any early years curriculum. The app features how-to videos, music tracks and printable flashcards – all in Arabic, English and French.
The Playkit app is usually accompanied by a 3-day teacher training, or 1 day condensed training. It aims to build children’s core life skills – cognitive & language, social & emotional, and physical – with the ultimate aim of increasing the child’s chances of success in school and in later life.

تبحث سيناريو عن مدربينات في لبنان لتدريب معلمي ومعلمات الروضة والمرحلة الأساسية على بلايكت سيناريو، وهو مورد يحتوي على مئات الألعاب والأغاني والقصص، يساعد المعلمين/ات على تقديم المنهج الدراسي من خلال الفنون واللعب. ننفّذ تدريباتنا هذه إما من خلال تدريب شامل على مدى ٣ أيام أو تدريب مكثف في يوم واحد. بنية التدريبات هذه محددة وعادةً تُقدّم باللغة العربية من قبل مدربيْن اثنين. ندرّب عادةً ٢٠-٣٠ معلم ومعلمة في التدريب نفسه وتُقام هذه التدريبات في جميع أنحاء لبنان.
المؤهلات والخبرات الأساسية:
- ثلاث سنوات خبرة أو أكثر في تيسير ورشات عمل موسيقية أو مسرحية (مثال: مع مدارس أو منظمات، إلخ)
- خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال الصغار (أي بين ٣-٨ سنوات)
- خبرة في التعلّم القائم على اللعب، وتعليم مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، والتدريبات التفاعلية
- طلاقة في اللغة العربية المحكيّة
- معرفة استخدام برامج MS Office و Google Drive و Zoom
- خبرة في تدريب معلميات مدارس أو أشخاص عاملين في مجال الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (مؤهل إضافي)
- فهم متقدم للغة الإنجليزية (مؤهل إضافي)
عن سيناريو البلايكت
سيناريو بلايكت هو تطبيق لتطوير التعليم والتعلّم لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرّة من خلال اللعب. إنه مصمّم لمعلمي الأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ٣ و ٨ سنوات في المدارس التي تملك أقل الموارد في لبنان والأردن، فهو قاعدة كبيرة من الأغاني والألعاب والقصص التفاعلية وتقنيات إدارة الصّف. يمكنك البحث عنها بسهولة بحسب الموضوع، أو الفئة العمرية، أو نوع النشاط، وهو يتناسب مع أي منهج يُعطى في السنوات الدراسية الأولى. يتضمن التطبيق فيديوهات إرشادية ومقاطع موسيقية وبطاقات تعليمية قابلة للطباعة – وجميعها متوفّر بالعربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية.
يرافق تطبيق البلايكت عادةً تدريب للمعلمين على مدّة ٣ أيام أو يوم واحد مكثف. يهدف التطبيق إلى بناء المهارات الحياتية الأساسية للطفل – الفكرية واللغوية والاجتماعية والعاطفية والجسدية – بغرض زيادة فرص نجاح الأطفال داخل المدرسة والحياة في نهاية المطاف.

يمكن للمسرح التشاركي واللعب أن يحوّلا إحساس الفرد بالقدرة. حيث يكتسب الأفراد القدرة على تشكيل قصصهم وتوسيع حدود الممكن، على الصعيد الفردي وأيضًا من خلال العمل الجماعي. تعمل سيناريو في لبنان والأردن وفلسطين، حيث تستخدم المسرح واللعب لدعم الناس في الشفاء والقيادة والتعلّم. نقوم بخلق عروض مشتركة مع المجتمعات التي تعاني من نقص الخدمات، وتدريب قادة المستقبل، وتحويل الصفوف الدراسية من خلال اللعب. لقد وصلنا منذ عام ٢٠١٥ إلى ١٥٥,٠٠٠ طفل وشاب وامرأة، وفازت سيناريو على جائزة ‘الصمود في العمل’ من منظمة هندرد لابتكارات التعليم لعام ٢٠٢٤، وجائزة الفنون والثقافة والتراث من برنامج جوائز الجمعيات الخيرية البريطانية لعام ٢٠٢٣، كما حازت أيضًا على جائزة الابتكار لعام ٢٠٢٤ من برنامج ذير وورد، واختيرت كواحدة من بين ١٢٠ مبتكراً عالمياً في إكسبو دبي ٢٠٢٠.

After the closing date, we will contact the shortlisted candidates to attend a group workshop-interview in Beirut, during which they will lead an exercise to the rest of the group. The successful candidates will then attend mandatory Seenaryo Playkit ‘Training of Trainers’ and observe a full training before becoming Playkit trainers and join our group of freelancer trainers.
Day rates are determined based on Seenaryo’s project budgets and the trainer’s experience. As this call out is not for a specific project, we cannot give details on exact fees.
