Responsibilities:

• Implement compliance requirement activities and analyze weaknesses and compliance risks associated with them.
• Monitor compliance activities and detect non-compliance cases and make recommendations.
• Raise awareness of laws, regulations and Qatar Charity’s policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and application.
• Offer necessary support in various aspects of compliance.
• Manage the electronic compliance system
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and supervisory requirements.
• Follow up on non-compliance cases and take necessary actions.
• Submit periodic reports to the Head of the Compliance Department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and systems related to the field of work.

• Proficiency in using computers and applications.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
