JOB SUMMARY
The admin worker is responsible for managing administrative, human resources, and financial functions to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role is critical for maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment, both for beneficiaries and staff.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The admin worker has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Preparing and achieving employment documents and employee files.
- Handle invoices, billing, and financial reporting as necessary.
- Support in managing the clinic’s affairs and workflow, including beneficiaries’ appointment.
- Maintain the clinic’s records, contracts, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative work.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage times effectively.
