This course offers a detailed exploration of project management principles and practices relevant to NGOs. It covers the entire project cycle, from project identification and planning to implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure. Participants will learn to define project goals and objectives, develop Logic Models and Theories of Change, conduct stakeholder and SWOT analyses, and manage project resources. The course also emphasizes adaptive management, effective reporting, and the use of M&E tools, including SMART indicators. The training methodology includes interactive lectures, discussions, group exercises, case studies, and hands-on activities.
After this course you will know:
- Understanding the NGO environment and project management principles.
