Key Responsibilities:
- Attend technical meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
- Design technical tools for TPM, evaluation, and other research assignments.
- Develop analysis frameworks for qualitative and quantitative data.
- Review and enhance reports by providing technical input and sectoral interpretation.
- Provide training and guidance to field teams on data collection tools.
- Draft technical reports based on project needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks in alignment with project timelines.
- Travel to field sites if necessary to conduct training or participate in field missions.
- Undertake other relevant tasks as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant humanitarian or development sector.
- Advanced proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
- Solid experience in research and assessment (highly desirable).
- Relevant university degree (e.g., social sciences, development studies, conflict management).
- Strong command of SharePoint, MS Word and Excel (highly desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of humanitarian/development principles and programmatic standards.

- Selected experts will be included in Ektimisi’s pool of consultants and may be contacted for specific project assignments.
- Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee immediate engagement but allows for CV inclusion in competitive proposals.

- The role is paid based on daily rate and approved deliverables. The daily rate will depend on the years of experience and other proven skills. The daily rate will be agreed on per assignment.
