Here’s where you come in:
As the Chief Collaboration Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to key functions and areas of expertise within the Global Centre (GC) with a view to driving collaboration, alignment, enabling operations and mitigating risk. As we focus on our mission to bring life in all its fullness to vulnerable children and realise Our Promiseto children, you will play a key role driving a culture that is aligned with our core values, and mindsets and behaviours, balancing strategic alignment with agility and focus in execution.
You will work closely with the World Vision (WV) International CEO and President (CEO), and be called to deputise for the CEO in various capacities, including (but not limited to) Crisis Leadership Teams, targeted strategic initiatives, Board Sub-committees, Regional Forums and as a President’s Nominee on WV Boards as appropriate.
Working closely with the CEO, and the Office of the President, and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ExL) and Strategic Realisation Steering Committee (SRSC), you will provide long range strategic planning and integration and management of key strategic functions across the partnership including:
- Faith and Development
- People & Culture (HR)
- Global Technology & Digital Solutions (GTD)
- Legal
- Global Programs and Resources
This portfolio may evolve over time and in line with the needs of the organisation, and is fundamental to driving unity, collaboration, trust and alignment across the World Vision Partnership.
Requirements include:
- Master’s degree preferred in economics, marketing, business administration, public administration/management or related field.
- A deep personal commitment to World Vision’s vision, mission and core values.
- 15 years+ of broad and deep executive experience working in global organisations at the executive level including experience across several functions.
- Field and Humaniatarian & Emergencies Affairs (HEA) experience.
- Significant experience of leading change management projects in large, global organisations.
- A commitment to life-long learning, a growth mindset and ability to foster a culture of learning and agility. An active learner who shares ideas with clarity.
- Extensive international experience and comfort in working across cultures and within complex organisational structures.
- Leadership experience in both INGOs and large multinational/international corporations is strongly preferred.
- Change Management Certification strongly preferred.
