The course is in the Ukrainian Language and it aims to instruct students who are already Level 3 (IMAS) certified to the required levels of knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to perform the duties and tasks (during EOD Operations) of a qualified IMAS Level 3+ EOD Operator in humanitarian mine action and the commercial industry. The levels of competency training will meet IMAS 09.30; ‘Explosive Ordnance Disposal Level 3+ Criteria’. Students will have the opportunity to gain an IMAS Level 3+ qualification, depending on the level of competency displayed by the student during training and on completion of assessments. The course will focus on management and planning of demining operations, demolitions, and explosive storage. In addition, the disposal of depleted Uranium, the disposal of air dropped and guided weapons, their fuzing and disposal techniques. Students will be required to produce technical reports as part of practical or theoretical training assessment and formal testing. Applicants must be in possession of a valid IMAS EOD Level 3 Certificate or equivalent to attend this course.
